How To Do Legislative Research From Your Desk (1 Hour CLE Credit)

Many attorneys practice under the mistaken belief that researching legislative history is complicated, time intensive, and requires a trip to Topeka. But that is increasingly no longer true. Please join us for an hour with Eunice Peters as she demystifies legislative research and discusses tools you can use to do it right from your desk.

Eunice is an Associate Professor of Law at the Washburn University School of Law. She teaches Legal Analysis, Research, and Writing. Before teaching, she primarily practiced government law in all three branches of state government. She also clerked for Judge Stephen D. Hill of the Kansas Court of Appeals.

This CLE has been approved for 1 hour of CLE credit. It is $25 for assigned counsel, free for state-employed public defenders, and not open to prosecutors. Register here.
